Moving to Colorado

So I’m moving to Colorado, and I’m going to be working in Boulder but I don’t quite know where to move. I appreciate thatBoulder real estate represents a good investment opportunity but it is beyond my budget at the moment. Boulder is beautifully located close to the mountains and I understand that the shopping is outstanding but the surrounding cities seem to fit my budget better.

I am consideringLongmont Colorado real estate also. After all, it is only 15 minutes to Longmont in the Northeast. OK, it could be as far as a half-hour away, but that’s still not bad. I am given to understand that Longmont is 25% to 40% more economical. In my opinion, I can choose from many more homes in Longmont CO .

My wife will probably be employed in Denver CO, in which case, we should be looking at Louisville Colorado real Estate, or even Lafayette Colorado. Because these areas lie more south, she would probably find it much more convenient to drive to Denver. Louisville and Lafayette have really cool downtown cities but they are both costlier than Longmont. They are both close to Superior Colorado but I don’t particularly like Superior/Rock Creek. The resemblance to California puts me off.I suppose I could look to Broomfield CO real estate. That place, while being close to Boulder, offers the best commute to Denver because it is further south than Louisville or Lafayette.

I will work it out on my next home hunting trip to Colorado.
